SCSO Investigates Deadly Auto-Pedestrian Collision on South Palouse Highway
Spokane Valley, WA (June 12, 2023) On Sunday afternoon, a person was pronounced dead in a pedestrian crash on Baltimore Road.
According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO), the deadly auto-pedestrian collision happened at about 4:20 p.m. at the intersection of South Baltimore Road and South Palouse Highway.
Reports say that a southbound vehicle fatally struck a female pedestrian. Rescuers arrived and found the woman, despite lifesaving treatment the woman succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say that the driver stayed at the scene.
