1 Person Dead in Los Angeles Pedestrian Accident on 110 Freeway and West Third Street

LOS ANGELES, CA (February 2, 2025) – Saturday morning, a tragic pedestrian crash on 110 Freeway and West Third Street killed one person.

The incident happened at around 6:34 a.m. on Harbor (110) Freeway at West Third Street.

According to reports, a vehicle struck a male pedestrian for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders pronounced the victim, a man approximately 40 years old, dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported a 47-year-old male motorist to a hospital in fair condition. Also, a 23-year-old male passenger of the vehicle declined further treatment at the scene.

Furthermore, the crash closed the southbound freeway but has long since reopened.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
