1 Person Dead in Santa Cruz Traffic Accident on Highway 1 and Dimeo Lane

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA (November 13, 2023) – Saturday afternoon, a tragic motorcycle crash on Highway 1 and Dimeo Lane killed one person.

The incident happened at around 2:04 p.m. on p.m. on Southbound Highway 1 at Dimeo Lane.

62-year-old Los Gatos man dead in vehicle vs motorcycle crash on Highway 1 at Dimeo Lane.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a southbound red 2008 Victory Vision motorcycle and a southbound white 2003 Toyota Tundra collided for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, officers pronounced the 62-year-old male motorcyclist, dead at the scene.

Furthermore, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
