OCEANSIDE, CA (March 28, 2023) – Saturday morning, a tragic accident on State Route 78 near Emerald Drive left a pedestrian lifeless.

The incident happened at around 4:18 a.m. on westbound State Route 78, east of Emerald Drive.

According to reports, a Toyota sedan struck a male pedestrian who was walking in the westbound lanes for still unknown reasons.
