CHP Investigates Injury Collision on State Route 163
San Diego, CA (March 25, 2023) On Friday morning, a traffic accident on Highway 163 led to major injuries.
Reports say that the injury collision happened at about 1 a.m. on State Route 163.
Authorities say that the man got out of his disabled Nissan Sentra to seek assistance, unfortunately, a Toyota Camry struck him.
CHP says that a 26-year-old San Diego man was driving the Camry, meanwhile, the injured man was identified as a 28-year-old man.
Officials say that the 28-year-old San Diego male driver’s Nissan collided with the center median wall south of Genesee. After he got out of his vehicle, to flag down other passing motorists, the incident happened.
