TRACY, CA – Driver Killed in 205 Freeway Crash With Big Rig Near 580 Freeway

One Dead in Tracy Two-Vehicle Accident

 
TRACY, CA (January 25, 2019) – One person perished Thursday morning following a crash with a big rig on the eastbound side of the 205 Freeway near the 580 Freeway.
 
The incident happened around 5:30 a.m., according to Officer Tyler Hahn, a California Highway Patrol spokesman.
 
Officers are still investigating the precise details that unfolded right before the crash. The driver of the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene after plowing the truck into the rear of the big rig.
