Accident on Brookhurst Street Kills Timothy Durham of Huntington Beach

 
Fountain Valley, CA (March 12, 2021) – On Thursday, 37-year-old Timothy Durham of Huntington Beach died in a tragic pedestrian accident on Brookhurst Street.
 
The fatal crash took place at about 11:52 p.m. at the intersection of Ellis Avenue.
 
Apparently, Durham was crossing Ellis Avenue when a white 2014 Jeep Compass traveling eastbound struck him.
 
Unfortunately, he died at the scene.
 
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
 
Meanwhile, authorities said drugs and alcohol were not considered factors in this accident. Officers continue to investigate the crash.
