BURBANK, CA (July 28, 2020) – Early Tuesday morning, a big rig crash on 5 Freeway led to the closure of three lanes.
 
According to reports, a big rig struck at least 10 construction attenuators around 3:45 a.m. The incident occurred on the southbound 5 Freeway near Burbank Boulevard.
 
Due to the crash, debris and were scattered across the southbound lanes. Moreover, the crash led to the shutdown of the No. 2, 3, and 4 lanes of the freeway until 5:41 a.m.
