JASPER COUNTY, MO (August 14, 2024) – Sunday night, authorities arrested Thomas Wilson after a startling DWI crash on East 20th Street.

The incident happened at around 9:45 p.m. on East 20th Street near Kenser Road.

According to reports, a 2015 Hyundai Tucson failed to yield the right of way and collided with an eastbound 2023 Boom Vader 125 Motorcycle while pulling out of a private driveway.

Moreover, responders transported the motorcyclist, identified a 36-year-old Wilson, to a hospital with moderate injuries.

Furthermore, authorities confirmed that Wilson was later arrested for DWI.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
