1 Dead and 3 Injured in Taft Auto Accident on South Lake Road

 
TAFT, CA (April 6, 2022) – Last week, 32-year-old Teodosia Velasco Hernandez died in a head-on crash on South Lake Road.
 
According to reports, the crash happened when Hernandez drove a 2012 Acura. Then, it veered into the westbound lanes of South Lake Road where it crashed head-on with a Chevrolet pickup.
 
As a result, Teodosia Velasco Hernandez succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, her 38-year-old passenger, Eminglio Hernandez of Taft, suffered serious injuries. Also, 24-year-old pickup driver Jose Abel Espinoza of Maricopa suffered serious injuries.
 
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continue to investigate the crash.
