Teen Passengers Injured in Deadly Crash on Hecht Road [Boone County, MO]

Boone County, MO (September 25, 2024) – Two teens were injured in a deadly crash on Hecht Road late Sunday afternoon.

It was about 5 p.m. when a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old male from Hallsville went off the road, overturned, and struck a tree. 

Unfortunately, the teen driver was killed in the crash. 

Moreover, his passengers, a 15-year-old female from Boonville, was transported to an area hospital, and a 13-year-old female from Hallsville, sustained minor injuries.

The authorities are investigating the cause of the Boone County collision.
