Teen Injured in Craig Avenue E-Scooter Accident [Menifee, CA]

Menifee, CA (December 7, 2024) – A teen was injured in a Craig Avenue e-scooter accident Thursday afternoon.

The collision happened minutes past 3 p.m. on Evans Road.

Troopers said the teen was riding a northbound e-scooter on Evans Road when he entered the crosswalk to Craig Avenue.

Unfortunately, the teen was hit by a westbound truck.

The truck driver stopped and reported the collision.

Moreover, the rescuers immediately arrived and took the teen to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators said the truck driver was not impaired during the collision.
