LAUGHLIN, NV (August 27, 2020) – Tammie Lynch died and authorities arrested Samir Hernandez after boating accident on Colorado River.
The fatal accident happened in Colorado River near Laughlin. According to authorities, 35-year-old Samir Hernandez from Los Angeles operated a personal watercraft.
Then, it hit the back of another PWC and left the woman riding on the back with severe injuries.
Responders then transported 23-year-old Tammie Lynch from New York to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in Bullhead City. Unfortunately, Tammie Lynch died at the hospital.
