1 Dead and 1 Injured in Redmond Car Accident

 
REDMOND, WA (July 17, 2019) – A 72-year-old Renton man died while another sustained injuries in a car accident on Highway 202 on July 16.
 
The incident occurred Tuesday morning on Highway 202 near Ames Lake Road. WSP revealed that Sucha Randhawa, 72, traveled west just before 5:00 a.m. when he crashed head-on with a semi driven by 53-year-old Michael Freeman of Harrah.
 
Randhawa died at the scene. However, Freeman went to Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland for treatment.
 
The cause of the crash remains unreleased as of this time. Washington State Patrol did not immediately say what caused the collision. In addition, police did not release any additional information regarding the accident at this time. We will update the post as more information is released.
