Stephen Palacios Dead in 91 Freeway Wrong-Way Crash [Corona, CA]

Corona, CA (April 14, 2025) – 35-year-old Stephen Palacios of Rancho Cucamonga was fatally injured in a 91 Freeway wrong-way crash early Sunday morning.

The fatal traffic crash happened minutes past midnight on the westbound highway near Main Street.

Immediately, the rescuers rushed Stephen Palacios to Riverside Community Hospital, where he died.

Meanwhile, the authorities did not say the number of people involved in the collision.

CHP is investigating the cause of the traffic collision.
