Who Can a Family Turn to?

In a time filled with uncertainty, confronting a tragic loss can seem unimaginable. However, it’s crucial to consider that the family of the victim is entitled to file a wrongful death claim.

Even so, the aftermath of a devastating loss may deter a family from pursuing legal matters for their dearly departed. However, the decision to proceed with a case is vital in holding those at fault accountable. We understand no amount of compensation can ease the pain and suffering. Still, an attorney can advocate and do right by the victim, while you focus on grieving properly.

“The last thing most families want to deal with is piles of paperwork. Questions from insurance companies or defense attorneys and attempting to obtain police reports can be stressful,” says Mark Sweet, an award-winning attorney at Sweet Lawyers.

Losing a loved one can be distressing for your family and those involved, to say the least. You may have a chance to obtain justice and the means needed to cover unexpected monetary, physical, and emotional damages. With 44 years of practice, Sweet Lawyers is confident that we can tackle your wrongful death lawsuit. Our lawyers are here to guide you during this tough time and help you recover.
