Stephan Thompson Suffers Injuries in Lawrence Road Accident [Redding, CA]

Redding, CA (April 9, 2025) – Stephan Thompson, an 18-year-old high school student at Enterprise High School, was injured in a Lawrence Road accident Monday afternoon.

The traffic accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. near the intersection with Hartnell Avenue.

Troopers said Stephan Thompson was attempting to cross the road when a truck struck him.

The Redding Police Department said that the crosswalk light was not working due to a dead battery, but the crosswalk was properly marked. Officers said the vehicle should have yielded to the pedestrian.
