El Cajon, CA (November 26, 2020) – On Wednesday, 29-year-old Stephan Harris died in a pedestrian accident on West Chase Avenue, in the area of Tuttle Park.
 
The El Cajon accident happened at about 8:40 p.m. near Estes Street.
 
The victim was struck by a vehicle while walking across a street.
 
As a result, he sustained major head injuries and died at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, the involved driver who hit Mr. Harris remained at the scene. Police do not suspect him of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
