State Route 503 Vehicle Collision Sends Two to Hospital [Clark County, WA]

Clark County, WA (July 02, 2022) – On Thursday evening, two people sustained injuries in a State Route 503 vehicle collision.

The traffic collision happened past 8 p.m. on Northeast Rock Creek Road, north of Battle Ground.

According to the investigators, a westbound white 2012 Ford Escape on Rock Creek Road was approaching the freeway. However, the driver failed to stop at the stop sign and crashed with a white northbound 2002 International 4700E truck on the freeway.

The paramedics rushed the Ford’s driver and passenger to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. There is no update on the extent of their injuries.

On the other hand, the truck driver and its passenger did not sustain injuries from the collision.

The authorities are investigating the two-vehicle crash north of Battle Ground. Officers say it’s not known at this time if drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision.
