2 People Hospitalized in Scotland County Auto Accident on Route H near Arbela
SCOTLAND COUNTY, MO (May 5, 2025) – Saturday afternoon, a startling single-vehicle crash on Route H near Arbela injured two people.
The incident happened at around 12:17 p.m. on Route H near Arbela.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a southbound 2014 Chrysler Town and Country ran off the right side of the road and rolled over.
Moreover, an MU air ambulance airlifted the 77-year-old male driver of the vehicle to University Medical Center in Columbia with serious injuries. Then, paramedics transported the 76-year-old female passenger of the car to Scotland County Hospital for minor injuries.
Furthermore, officers confirmed that both occupants of the vehicle were wearing seatbelts at the time of the incident.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the MSHP continued investigating the crash.
