Injuries Reported in Friant Auto Accident on Friant Road and North Fork Road
FRIANT, CA (December 19, 2023) – Monday, a startling pickup crash on Friant Road and North Fork Road injured 5 people.
The incident happened at about 11:45 a.m. on Friant Road and North Fork Road.
According to reports, two pickups crashed head-on. Reports said that two people occupied one truck and three others occupied the other one.
Moreover, officers said that unsafe speed on wet roads caused the crash.
Reports confirmed that 2 of the victims were a 1-year-old and 5-year-old child.
Then, responders transported all 5 people to the hospital with varying degrees of injuries.
Also, one person was pinned in and had to be extricated by Cal Fire.
Furthermore, the crash closed traffic for over an hour.
