CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA (July 6, 2023) – On Tuesday, a shocking pedestrian crash on Antelope Road near Sunrise Boulevard injured one person.

The incident happened on eastbound Antelope Road near Sunrise Boulevard.

According to the Citrus Heights Police Department, an unidentified vehicle struck a male pedestrian for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders transported the victim to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed a part of Antelope Road between Mariposa Avenue and Sunrise Boulevard.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
