3 Injured in San Antonio Traffic Crash on Interstate 10 near Culebra Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 28, 2023) – Monday morning, a startling crash on Interstate 10 near Culebra Road injures three people.

The incident happened at around 2:35 a.m. on westbound Interstate 10 near Culebra Road.

According to reports, a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction collided head-on with another vehicle.

Moreover, responders transported three people, including a patient in serious condition, to University Hospital, for treatment.

Furthermore, the crash closed the lower level of the highway to give way to responders.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
