1 Injured in Teague Vehicle Crash on US 84 near CR 601
TEAGUE, TX (January 24, 2024) – Sunday morning, a patrol unit was involved in a startling auto accident on US 84 near CR 601.
The incident happened at around 4:45 a.m. on US 84 near CR 601, northeast of Teague.
According to the preliminary investigation, as the Teague patrol unit traveled east, the Honda CRV traveled west. Then, both vehicles crashed head-on.
As a result, responders took the Honda driver to Baylor Scott and White in Temple in critical condition. Meanwhile, the Teague officer received treatment at the scene and has been released.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
