Two Men Seriously Injured in Cape Girardeau County Rollover Crash
Jackson, MO (January 6, 2025) On Thursday evening, 2 people were hurt after a frightening solo-vehicle crash on CR 444.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), the rollover crash happened around approximately 7:45 p.m. on County Road 444, about four miles north of Jackson.
Reports say that the single-vehicle crash seriously injured two men.
Authorities say that a 2024 Kubota Sidekick 850 traveling westbound veered off an embankment and overturned.
Officials say that the crash left the driver, a 76-year-old man from Jackson, and the passenger, a 45-year-old man from Webster Groves, with serious injuries. Emergency responders transported both men to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau for treatment.
Highway Patrol noted that neither individual was wearing a safety device at the time of the crash.
