Fatal Pedestrian Accidents and What a Victim’s Family Can Do

Pedestrian accidents more often than not can be avoided. A common cause of these unfortunate incidents includes speeding. Motorists who speed do not have enough reaction time to stop or yield for pedestrians who have the right of way.

Especially now, with roadways emptier than ever across the world, drivers disobeying speed limits is at an all-time high. Thus, pedestrian safety is at an all-time low.

If a loved one is involved in a deadly pedestrian accident, it is in your best interest to hire legal representation to vindicate your loved one.

Attorneys prioritize your recovery, while securing your future from further losses unexpected death can bring.

Sweet Lawyers offer legal representation from compassionate, experienced attorneys. “A common misconception is that personal injury lawyers don’t care. That is simply not true. Injury lawyers care about and want justice for their clients. We are driven by the desire to make our clients whole again,” says Steve Baric of Sweet Lawyers, an experienced attorney.
