St. Louis, MO (March 27, 2025) – A 36-year-old St. Louis man was pronounced dead after a shocking pedestrian accident on I-70 late Tuesday evening.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), the fatal incident happened on westbound I-70 near the Airport Road ramp.

Reports say that an SUV hit the Louis man attempting to cross the roadway.

Authorities confirmed that the man died at the scene. The 21-year-old driver from Florissant stayed at the crash site and cooperated with authorities.
