DUI Driver Among Injured in Van Nuys Accident

 
VAN NUYS, CA (June 21, 2019) – Several people sustained injuries following Wednesday’s DUI crash on Victory Boulevard at Kester Avenue.
 
The head-on collision took place around 5 a.m. and resulted in three injuries.
 
One of the patients was the DUI driver, whom officers plan to arrest when she is medically cleared.
 
At the scene, officials determined that a white SUV and a gray vehicle collided. The force of the crash smashed in the gray vehicle’s engine compartment while the white SUV ricocheted onto a sidewalk.
 
Officials are investigating this case further to determine the events preceding the crash.
