Harbor Gateway Accidents Injure Several People Including Firefighters

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (July 2, 2019) – Several people suffered injuries in two separate Harbor Gateway accidents Saturday night.
 
The first incident occurred at 223rd Street and Normandie Avenue. Fire officials said a woman T-boned an ambulance of the Los Angeles Fire Department. In addition, an EMS crew was on an emergency call when the crash occurred at about 6:43 p.m.
 
Firefighters used heavy equipment to extricate the woman from her mangled sedan. In addition, they took her to a local hospital in critical condition.

After that first accident, an unrelated vehicle crashed into the front side of a Los Angeles police patrol car around 1:00 a.m. The patrol – which contained an officer – was in front of the accident scene.
