CLINTON, MO (March 18, 2025) – Friday, Seth Birch was arrested in an alarming DUI crash on Highway 7 and Water Street.

Reports said that the incident happened on Highway 7 and Water Street.

 A woman suffered significant injuries after being struck by a car while riding an electric scooter.

A witness reported that a speeding vehicle hit the woman on Water Street and fled the scene.

The suspected car was later found in Creighton, where police discovered 44-year-old Birch passed out inside, visibly intoxicated.
