Sergio Villasenor-Ceja Dies Days After Fontana Pedestrian Collision on Arrow Boulevard

Sergio Villasenor-Ceja Hit, Killed by Motorist on Arrow Boulevard at Juniper Avenue

 
FONTANA, CA (November 26, 2018) – A 56-year-old Fontana man died a week after he’d been struck by a vehicle at Arrow Boulevard and Juniper Avenue on Nov. 15.
 
The incident happened around 5:13 p.m. just before officers responded to the intersection and found a man seriously hurt. Sergio Villasenor-Ceja was the 56-year-old Fontana man crossing the street. He was hit by a driver under undisclosed circumstances and rushed to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center with multiple injuries.
 
Despite life-saving efforts, on Nov. 22 around 2:35 p.m., Villasenor-Ceja succumbed to his injuries.
 
There were no details concerning the events leading to the crash or whether impairment, speed or distracted driving played a role; however, the Fontana Police Department is investigating this case to learn more.
