Fatality in Interstate 10 Solo-Vehicle Collision
Banning, CA (June 13, 2022) – On Saturday, Serenity Lira of Fontana sustained fatal injuries in a solo-vehicle crash on Interstate 10.
It was about 12:35 a.m. when the collision took place east of Hargrave Street.
Responding officers declared Serenity Lira dead on an embankment at the scene of the crash. They say it is not yet determined if Lira was the driver or a passenger.
Officers say one other person was rushed to an area hospital with moderate injuries. There is no update on that person’s medical condition.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the Interstate 10 solo-vehicle collision.
