Bicycle Collision at the Intersection of NE 42nd Street and 15th Avenue NE
SEATTLE, WA (May 9, 2018) – A cyclist was hospitalized after a collision on NE 42nd Street in the University District, on Wednesday morning.
According to the Seattle Police officers, the crash happened around 10 AM at the intersection of Northeast 42nd Street and 15th Avenue Northeast. The injured cyclist was rushed to the Harborview Medical Center with major injuries. The driver involved was uninjured and remained at the scene to cooperate with the investigators.
The identities of the driver and the cyclist were not immediately available. The investigation is currently ongoing, and no additional information is available to the public at the moment.
