SANTA ROSA, CA – Injuries Reported in 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101

SUV and Pickup Truck Collide on Highway 101 in Downtown Santa Rosa

 
SANTA ROSA, CA (May 13, 2019) – Injuries were reported following a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in downtown Santa Rosa.
 
The crash happened around 2:57 p.m., on northbound Highway 101. The accident involved a red Saturn Vue and a Ford pickup truck.
 
When officers arrived, both drivers were standing outside of their vehicles on the right shoulder. At least one party complained of pain to the back.
 
Responding paramedics took the injured victim to a nearby hospital for proper treatment.
 
There were no descriptions of any vehicular damages but both vehicles were towed away from the crash site.
 
The full circumstances of the collision remain under investigation.
