Sandra Macias Airlifted in Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 90 [Seattle, WA]

Seattle, WA (September 25, 2022) – At about 1:22 a.m. on Saturday, the authorities cited Jose Castorena, 26, in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 90, that left Sandra Macias, 47, injured.

According to the officers, a white 2008 Pontiac G6 driven by Jose Castorena and a gray 1999 Dodge Caravan were both eastbound on the freeway.

Then, the Pontiac side swiped the Dodge on the left lane in the area of milepost 113. As a result, the Pontiac swerved off the roadway and rolled over.

Jose Castorena‘s passenger, Sandra Macias sustained life-threatening injuries. The paramedics airlifted her to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

Also, the paramedics transported Jose Castorena to Yakima Valley Memorial with injuries.

Officers say Sandra Macias is now in stable condition.
