According to authorities, dispatch calls about the accident began around 10:55 a.m. The female passenger was ejected in a speeding 2000 Honda Accord driven by a 20-year-old Oakland man. The vehicle made several unsafe lane changes in the southbound lanes before colliding with a Big Rig.
