Head-On Collision on Highway 74 in San Juan Capistrano Leaves One Injured

 
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA (December 12, 2018) – A pregnant woman was injured following a head-on crash Wednesday night in San Juan Capistrano.
 
The crash happened around 6:23 p.m. on Highway 74 near mile marker 12, just West of San Juan Creek Fire station.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a silver Honda Pilot and a sedan collided head-on, blocking the eastbound and westbound traffic.
 
Fire officials responded to the scene and found a pregnant female occupant with unspecified injuries. The woman was then taken by ambulance to a hospital in an unknown condition.
 
Traffic was stopped in both directions while the investigation was being conducted.
