Man Killed by His Own Garbage Truck on Camden Avenue and El Paseo Drive
SAN JOSE, CA (March 2, 2018) – A garbage truck driver was killed after being struck by a garbage truck on Camden Avenue on Friday morning.
San Jose Police officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision on Camden Avenue at El Paseo Drive around 7:55 AM. The body of an adult male driver was found at the scene and pronounced dead. According to police, the garbage truck driver was killed after being hit by his own Green Waste garbage truck.
The Traffic Investigation Unit is conducting the investigation at this time. No further information about the driver’s identity or what caused the collision was immediately disclosed.
