SAN FRANCISCO, CA – 19-Year-Old Girl Critically Injured in Pedestrian Crash near Seneca Avenue and San Jose Avenue

Tractor-Trailer Hits Female Teen at Balboa Park BART Station in San Francisco

 
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (April 15, 2019) – A 19-year-old girl was critically injured following a pedestrian crash Monday morning in San Francisco.
 
The incident happened around 8:47 a.m. at Balboa Park BART Station, near Seneca and San Jose avenues.
 
According to police, the teen was crossing the street when she was hit by a tractor-trailer. The victim was rushed by paramedics to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
 
The truck driver stayed on scene and cooperated with authorities.
 
It is unknown if charges has been filed and liability has not yet been determined. The incident remains under investigation.
