FONTANA, CA (December 17, 2020) – Tuesday evening, Samuel Medina Campos died after a two-vehicle crash on Mango Avenue and Foothill Boulevard in Fontana, California.
 
According to the Fontana Police Department, authorities responded to a two-vehicle crash on Mango Avenue and Foothill Boulevard.
 
Moreover, responders found 28-year-old Samuel Medina Campos with 2 two gunshot wounds at the scene. Then, paramedics rushed Campos to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at around 7:51 p.m.
