Morning Two-Vehicle Wreck on Highway 50 in Sacramento, Injuries Reported

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (December 20, 2018) – One person was hospitalized following two-vehicle collision Thursday morning on Highway 50 in Sacramento.
 
The collision happened around 6:40 a.m. along the westbound lanes of Lincoln Highway at Bradshaw Boulevard.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray Dodge Caliber collided with another vehicle for unknown reasons. Paramedics were dispatched to the scene and transported one occupant to a hospital with possible concussion and complaints of pain to the head and back.
 
There were no descriptions of any vehicular damages but both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
 
It is unknown if drugs and/or alcohol were contributing factors of the crash. Further investigation is underway.
