Buellton, CA (January 15, 2021) – On Thursday, Ruben Martinez-Casillas, 58, died in a crash on Highway 246 in the eastbound lanes near Buellton.
 
The tragic crash occurred at around 7:20 p.m., west of Domingos Road.
 
The CHP said the vehicle crashed, rolled over on its side, and ejected its passenger.
 
Moreover, the authorities called a coroner to the scene to confirm the death of the driver, Ruben Martinez-Casillas, of Lompoc.
 
Meanwhile, the police continue to investigate the incident.
