Collision on Roop Street and Winnie Lane Involving a Semi Truck Left 1 Person Injured
Carson City, NV (April 25, 2020)– On Tuesday late morning, a collision was reported on Roop Street and Winnie Lane.
Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies arrived on the scene. The crash took place on April 21 at approximately 11:30 a.m.
The report said that the collision involved a car and a semi-truck. The two vehicles were said to have collided and affected at least one person.
The unidentified victim sustained injuries, although it was unclear how serious the injuries were.
According to the responders, the injured victim was rushed to an area hospital via ground ambulance for treatment.
Furthermore, the roadway was closed off for a brief time. Officials are asking motorists to clear the area.
Currently, police are still investigating what caused the collision on Roop Street and Winnie Lane.
