Phoenix, AZ (May 9, 2023) – Tuesday morning, 59-year-old Ronnie Crnkovic died in a hit-and-run crash on 35th Avenue and Acoma Drive.

The fatal hit-and-run crash on 35th Avenue in Phoenix happened around 5:30 a.m. on May 9.

Phoenix Police said the crash involved two vehicles and the driver of one of the cars walked away from the scene before officers arrived.

EMS transported Crnkovic to a hospital where he later died.

Police continue to search for the other driver.
