1 Dead in Las Vegas Car Accident on 215 Freeway
LAS VEGAS, NV (June 27, 2019) – A 28-year-old man died in a car accident on 215 Freeway on June 23.
According to the coroner’s office, Ronnie Allmond Jr. died from multiple blunt force injuries.
Reports revealed that Allmond let his Dodge Charger left the road on the 215 Freeway near Lone Mountain Road.
The NHP stated that the vehicle left the road and entered the rocks to the side of the highway. Ronnie Allmond Jr. continued driving off-road until he crashed into a concrete bridge embankment.
The collision occurred at around 6:06 a.m.
As a result of the crash, the Dodge rolled over and responders airlifted the driver to UMC. Unfortunately, he later died at the hospital. It’s still unclear whether speed or impairment played a role in the collision.
