Ronald Brown Struck and Killed by Vehicle on Highway 99
Modesto, CA (April 19, 2021) – On Friday, Ronald Bryan Brown, 47, died in a tragic pedestrian accident on Highway 99.
The fatal Modesto accident took place at around 9 P.M.
Apparently, the man was standing in the center median prior to entering a southbound lane of Highway 99, south of 9th Street.
Just then, a bronze Hyundai Accent traveling about 70 to 75 mph in the lane struck Mr. Brown.
