Catastrophic Rollover Crash on Badger Road Injures 19-Year-Old Driver [Everson, WA]

Everson, WA (September 19, 2023) On Sunday evening, 8 people were hospitalized after a rollover crash on Badger Road.

According to a Washington State Patrol (WSP), the 2-vehicle crash happened around 6:50 p.m. at the intersection of E Badger Road and Van Buren Road.

Reports say that a southbound 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 7 occupants collided with an eastbound 1991 Ford Explorer with a single occupant.

Officials say that the Jeep driver to stop at a stop sign at the intersection and was hit on the passenger side by the Ford.

The impact of the collision sent the Jeep rolling onto it’s roof. Officials say that both vehicles came to rest clear of the roadway.

Medics say that all occupants of the jeep, with ages ranging from 15 to 51 years old and the 19-year-old driver of the Ford were taken to PeaceHealth St Joseph Medical Center.

WPS is still investigating the 2-vehicle crash and occupants of the jeep were taken into custody by US Customs and Border Patrol according to unconfirmed emergency services radio transmissions at the time.
