1 Dead in Robbins Auto Accident on Highway 113 near Pelger Road

 
ROBBINS, CA (October 3, 2021) – Friday night, a deadly two-vehicle crash on Highway 113 near Pelger Road involved Rodrigo Ramos Torres.
 
The incident occurred just before 9:00 p.m. on Highway 113 near Pelger Road.
 
According to the investigation, a 27-year-old Vacaville man drove a Ford Focus, south on Highway 113. Then, he drove across the highway’s centerline and sideswiped another vehicle heading north.
 
Meanwhile, 34-year-old Rodrigo Ramos Torres drove the second car, a Ford F-150 at around 55 mph.
 
Afterward, the Ford Focus then hit the leading edge of a trailer towed by Torres’ Ford F-150.
 
As a result, the Ford Focus driver succumbed to injuries at the scene. However, his identity remains undisclosed.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t determined whether the Vacaville driver traveled under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Meanwhile, officers confirmed that Torres have been sober.
 
The crash led to the closure of the section of Highway 113 for the cleanup.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed the identity of the deceased.
