Rodolfo Mayorga Perished in Fatal Collision on Highway 138 [Phelan, CA]

Phelan, CA (March 22, 2023) On Tuesday morning, 36-year-old Rodolfo Mayorga of La Puente was killed in a traffic collision on Highway 138.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the deadly crash happened at about 8:07 a.m. approximately one mile west of Lone Pine Canyon Road.

Authorities pronounce Mayorga dead at the scene at 8:15 a.m.

CHP San Bernardino is investigating the fatal collision and have not released further details about the crash.
