Police Apprehend Robert Ortiz Jr on Price Street Hit-and-Run Crash
Pismo Beach, CA (February 25, 2021) – On Tuesday, police arrested Robert Ortiz Jr in a hit-and-run crash on Price Street.
The incident took place at about 5:45 p.m. wherein the vehicle crashed into a vacant building.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found out that multiple passengers were inside the vehicle. One of them suffered non-fatal injuries.
Authorities arrested Ortiz, the driver of the vehicle for felony hit-and-run.
Moreover, officers do not consider drugs or alcohol to be a factor in the accident.
Ortiz remained in custody Wednesday afternoon in lieu of $110,000 bail.
